Service Delivery Director (SaaS): Leading a cross-functional team to deliver software implementations for insurance customers with an accent on project governance, team leadership, and pre-sales partnership. Focus on driving operational maturity, solving complex project challenges, and ensuring customer satisfaction to architect scalable delivery practices.

Location: Must live within 25 miles of the office in Denver, Colorado, or reside in CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MI, MO, NY, OR, PA, TN, TX, UT, VA, or WA. We are not able to consider candidates who require a work visa now or in the future.

Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 base salary

What you will do

• Own and manage customer engagements from initial scoping through onboarding, handing off to Customer Success and Support.
• Lead Professional Services delivery teams, including Project Managers, Technical Solution Engineers, and Solutions Consultants.
• Manage time, scope, and budget expectations for each engagement.
• Partner with Sales to support pre-sales activities, including creating implementation plans and drafting SOWs.
• Drive team culture and performance through coaching, career development, and skills balancing.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for complex project challenges, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in project/program management, ensuring software delivery excellence.
• Demonstrated excellence in both internal and external verbal and written communication.
• Extensive knowledge of SaaS product delivery and operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
• Consulting background with a focus on driving value for clients.
• Exceptional facilitation skills and outstanding presentation skills.
