TL;DR

Sales Trainer (Sales/Education): Assisting in the management and delivery of sales team onboarding and ongoing training curriculum for new and tenured Account Executives, with an accent on improving training effectiveness and adopting new ways of working. Focus on creating role-specific training materials, coordinating new product release training, and empowering sales team members to be self-sufficient.

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Office attendance is required.

What you will do

  • Schedule and coordinate new hire onboarding and training sessions.
  • Deliver instructor-led classroom training and onboarding curriculum to sales teams.
  • Conduct analysis on sales trainings to identify effectiveness and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create and maintain role-specific training materials for new and tenured sales staff.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to develop and implement curriculums and track success measures.
  • Ensure all sales support training materials are current, accurate, and promoted.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales training experience, or 3+ years of sales experience with prior training experience.
  • A proven track record of conducting research and applying it practically.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including clear and concise writing, engaging presentation style, and group facilitation.
  • Strong organizational skills and technical aptitude to learn new software.
  • Experience working with all levels (management, staff) and building internal support.
  • Strong leadership, teamwork skills, and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Strong verbal communication and writing skills in English.
  • Experience working within a CRM.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the Tourism Industry, specifically tours and activities.
  • Background/experience in adult education.
  • Experience with SaaS.
