What you will do

• Identify inefficiencies and business areas where AI agents can drive performance improvement.
• Develop and apply documentation and governance frameworks for AI agent behavior, decision logic, and systems integration.
• Lead UAT/QA, execute data validation, coordinate testing, and manage phased rollouts of AI agents.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT teams to integrate AI tools and align with business objectives.
• Build comprehensive enablement materials and deliver training programs for confident adoption of AI solutions.
• Monitor AI system performance, resolve gaps through prompt refinement, workflow tuning, and A/B testing, and optimize KPIs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in sales or sales operations with at least 1 year managing tools or technologies.
• Strong understanding of sales reporting methodologies and data analysis tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively and drive change within an organization.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts and translate business needs.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Willingness to learn new low-code/no-code platforms and stay current with AI advancements.
