What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end logistics for public and corporate learning programs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for participants, handling enquiries, registrations, and funding documentation.
• Maintain accurate program and participant records, managing post-program activities like feedback compilation.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure seamless program delivery.
• Monitor program expenses and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and excellence.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a professional services environment, programme operations, or client-facing role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional settings.
• Highly IT-savvy, comfortable navigating digital platforms (LMS, CRM, TMS) and adopting new systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, SharePoint).
• Meticulous, organised, able to multitask, and prioritise effectively under tight timelines.

Nice to have

• Experience in the education, training, or adult learning sector (e.g., programme management, L&D operations).
• Experience with SkillsFuture-funded programmes.
