What you will do

• Support the development of business, IT, and digital strategies aligned to client goals.
• Contribute to the design of target operating models and governance structures.
• Assist in agile@scale assessments and transformation planning.
• Analyze IT and business cost structures to identify optimization opportunities.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analysis to inform recommendations.
• Prepare client deliverables and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, digital transformation, or IT strategy roles.
• Exposure to business and digital transformation, operating model design, agile transformation, or cost optimization projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and managing multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
• Primarily based in Singapore or Hong Kong; open to travel as required for client engagements (~20%).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with frameworks such as TOGAF, SAFe, ITIL, or business model canvas.
• Advanced degrees or certifications.
