Location: Remote (East Coast preferred)

Salary: $182,800 - $210,000

What you will do

• Translate market, customer, and competitive insights into actionable product and business recommendations.
• Architect and lead the end-to-end go-to-market process, transforming product capabilities into coordinated, high-impact launches.
• Own and evolve hirify.global’s core platform messaging and value proposition across audiences and channels.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of product marketers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product marketing experience, with significant experience in enterprise software or platform-based products.
• Proven experience leading product marketing for a portfolio of products while maintaining a coherent, differentiated narrative.
• Exceptional ability to craft positioning and messaging that resonates with executive and buyer audiences.
• Demonstrated track record of successful product launches that drove measurable business outcomes.
• Comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels.
