Director of Partner Operations (Supply Chain & Logistics)

What you will do

• Establish, monitor, and enforce partner SLAs and KPIs aligned with operational and financial goals.
• Build performance scorecards, lead partner business reviews, identify performance gaps, and drive corrective action plans.
• Monitor partner costs, labor productivity, throughput, quality, and operational efficiency while identifying savings opportunities.
• Lead audits, site reviews, root cause analysis, quality improvement plans, and compliance activities.
• Coordinate international shipment operations, including export-import processes, documentation, and cross-border risk reduction.
• Integrate partners into operational systems, standardize processes, and lead onboarding, ramp-up, and exit transitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• 8–12+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, partner or vendor management, or logistics.
• Experience managing third-party partners or 3PL relationships at scale.
• Strong background in performance management, SLA governance, operational metrics, cost optimization, and labor productivity analysis.
• Experience with quality systems, audits, process standardization, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Experience with international logistics and export-import coordination is preferred.
