Operations Associate Development Program (Manufacturing)

Location: Angola, Indiana, United States. Full-time, first shift. The twelve-month program begins in February 2027 and prepares participants for operational leadership roles in manufacturing facilities throughout the United States.

Salary: $50,000–$60,000 per year, with potential bonus, commission, or incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Complete rotations across manufacturing, logistics, operations, administration, human resources, and finance.
• Shadow role-specific positions and perform their responsibilities during each rotation.
• Support plant leaders with daily facility operations and business needs.
• Attend internal and external plant meetings.
• Read print and manufacturing industry publications to build field knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, economics, IT, marketing, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong computer skills, including Word and Excel.
• Basic understanding of business practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Motivation, self-confidence, high energy, customer service skills, and a strong work ethic.

Nice to have

• Internship experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of the printing process.
