Senior Director, Global Logistics (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Develop and execute a global logistics strategy supporting growth, service, inventory, profitability, and supply chain resilience.
• Oversee logistics network performance, network design, transportation strategy, and end-to-end product flow.
• Provide strategic oversight of domestic and international transportation and establish operating standards across the network.
• Manage logistics budgets, performance objectives, KPIs, reporting, productivity initiatives, and resource utilization.
• Build partnerships with internal stakeholders and external logistics providers while representing logistics in executive planning.
• Lead, develop, and strengthen a high-performing logistics organization through capability building, accountability, collaboration, and succession planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive supply chain and logistics leadership experience.
• Significant experience supporting global sourcing, manufacturing, and distribution in apparel, footwear, consumer products, or retail.
• Proven success leading complex logistics networks in a global business environment.
• Strong financial acumen, experience managing large operating budgets, and the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience leading large teams and managing strategic external partnerships.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Experience with logistics transformation, network optimization, or supply chain modernization.
• Knowledge of logistics technologies, transportation management systems, and supply chain analytics tools.
• Experience in a vertically integrated global supply chain environment.
