Logistics and Optimization Analyst (Logistics)

Location: Newton Office, United States; some travel between Global office locations is required.

Salary: $63,300–$88,600 per year.

What you will do

• Forecast, schedule, and optimize truck deliveries to customer accounts.
• Monitor tank levels using Insight360 or similar tank monitoring systems.
• Identify the lowest delivered cost across supply and delivery scenarios and support purchasing decisions.
• Track supplier contract volumes and manage supply, inventory, and trucking-company load building.
• Coordinate with haulers, salespeople, credit, and accounting teams to resolve delivery, pricing, freight, invoice, and credit-approval issues.
• Manage logistics exceptions, including hauler changes, site setup, and after-hours or weekend supply issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, critical-thinking, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and pivot tables.
• Effective written and verbal communication with staff, station operators, salespeople, and haulers.
• Ability to work independently, accurately, and efficiently in a time-sensitive environment.
• Logistics experience is preferred.
