What you will do

• Plan, orchestrate, and execute solution launches to accelerate sales and increase brand awareness.
• Craft and optimize strategic narrative, messaging, and positioning for healthcare solutions.
• Foster relationships with delivery leadership and maintain deep solution expertise.
• Publish solution offerings on channel marketplaces like Azure Marketplace.
• Equip sales teams with enablement content and align materials with Microsoft solution plays.
• Develop client success stories and client win wires for Microsoft.

Requirements

• 12+ years B2B product/solution marketing experience with strong messaging and positioning focus.
• Basic understanding of the healthcare industry (sub-verticals, personas, pain points).
• Experience at a company with ARR > $300M, SaaS, IT consulting, cloud platform, or healthcare SaaS preferred.
• Ability to master sophisticated offerings and simplify value propositions.
• Strong team player and self-starter thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior executives.
• Must be based in the US and cannot sponsor work visas.
