Location: This role is primarily onsite in New Jersey, USA, requiring work in an office environment and mobility for driving to prospective client sites. Base pay is subject to market location within New Jersey.

Salary: $102,600–$190,600/yr

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, setting performance expectations and fostering development.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets for the assigned territory.
  • Drive new business acquisition, account expansion, and upselling opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, prospects, and partners.
  • Monitor sales activities, track performance, and utilize CRM systems for efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales or business operations.
  • 2+ years of experience managing HCM Account Executives.
  • Experience with major account payroll, HR, time, and attendance solutions and large, complex organizations.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Must be based in New Jersey, USA, with an understanding of customer and market dynamics, and an ability to travel.
