Location: Remote (USA), with individual pay determined by work location within the US.

Salary: $175,000 – $195,000 a year

What you will do

  • Define and execute Go-To-Market strategy for the Enterprise segment, managing KPIs and revenue forecasting.
  • Lead complex, high-ACV opportunities and manage commercial/technical negotiations for global enterprise shifts.
  • Mentor junior/mid-level Sales Executives, improving consultative selling skills and closing ratios.
  • Act as a key stakeholder in the product roadmap, translating merchant requirements into product innovations.
  • Forge alliances with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering for streamlined quote-to-cash processes.
  • Represent hirify.global at industry conferences, positioning the company in Open Banking.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of relevant sales experience, with 8–10 years focused on Enterprise Payment Acceptance (Acquiring, Processing, or Open Banking).
  • Demonstrated experience in leading, managing, or mentoring sales teams.
  • Expert-level understanding of the global payments value chain.
  • Unparalleled executive presence with a deep rolodex of relationships at the CXO level within Fortune 500 companies.
  • Ability to design complex, multi-year commercial agreements.
  • Adept at navigating highly regulated environments and structuring sales processes.
