TL;DR

Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 yearly (plus commission)

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the inside sales team, providing ongoing sales training and coaching.
  • Establish and enforce disciplined daily sales activity standards and monitor team performance.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming leads, ensuring timely review, assignment, and follow-up in CRM.
  • Generate new revenue by identifying, pursuing, and converting opportunities within state and local government sectors.
  • Directly manage bids over $50,000 and collaborate on strategic bids over $1M.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly, build rapport, and articulate hirify.global capabilities.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in leading and developing inside sales teams.
  • Proven ability to establish and enforce sales activity discipline and performance management.
  • Expertise in lead management, CRM excellence, and tracking conversion potential.
  • Demonstrated success in generating new revenue from state and local government sectors.
  • Ability to manage complex bids over $50,000 and collaborate on strategic bids.
  • Must have legal authorization to work within the United States.
