TL;DR

Regional Account Executive (Sales): Driving full-cycle software sales and demand generation for a safety technology platform with an accent on developing new business within a defined territory. Focus on leveraging consultative sales approaches, becoming a subject matter expert for technical products, and executing outbound sales strategies.

Location: This is a 100% remote field sales opportunity that requires regional travel up to 50% during peak seasons. Candidates must live local to Dallas territory.

Salary: $250,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Own demand generation, partnerships, and full cycle software sales for a single market.
  • Develop new business within a defined territory using outbound sales strategies.
  • Become a subject matter expert for technical products and present solutions to clients.
  • Drive pipeline growth through outbound activities and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and engage in cross-functional team check-ins.
  • Close deals and create new opportunities to meet sales targets.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of full cycle sales experience, with an emphasis on outside/field software sales.
  • Self-starter mentality with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Experience using outbound sales strategies to develop new business.
  • Able to quickly digest and learn technical products.
  • Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
  • Candidates must live local to Dallas territory.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) certification.
