What you will do
- Own demand generation, partnerships, and full cycle software sales for a single market.
- Develop new business within a defined territory using outbound sales strategies.
- Become a subject matter expert for technical products and present solutions to clients.
- Drive pipeline growth through outbound activities and referrals.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and engage in cross-functional team check-ins.
- Close deals and create new opportunities to meet sales targets.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of full cycle sales experience, with an emphasis on outside/field software sales.
- Self-starter mentality with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Experience using outbound sales strategies to develop new business.
- Able to quickly digest and learn technical products.
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
- Candidates must live local to Dallas territory.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) certification.
