TL;DR

Director, Strategic New Business Sales (Adtech/AI): Defining and executing strategies to identify, prospect, and win new advertisers in the Growth segment with an accent on building a robust and predictable pipeline and exceeding sales targets. Focus on driving consultative, value-based selling approaches, implementing effective sales processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Location: Hybrid (combining home and in-office experiences) and must be based in the US.

Salary: $174,000–$204,000 USD per year

What you will do

  • Define and execute a clear strategy to identify, prospect, and win across priority verticals in the Growth segment.
  • Build a robust and predictable pipeline of high-potential advertisers.
  • Coach and enable your team to consistently exceed sales targets.
  • Implement and execute on sales processes, tools, and reporting.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Field Ops, and Marketing.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to Leadership and executive stakeholders on market trends.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in digital media, ad tech, or platform-based enterprise sales leadership.
  • Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing sales teams focused on new logo acquisition.
  • Deep knowledge of full-funnel digital advertising solutions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Known for your strategic thinking, executive presence, and ability to simplify complex solutions.
  • Highly data-driven and comfortable managing to financial and operational KPIs.
