TL;DR

Account Executive (LegalTech): Selling hirify.global software solutions to US federal, state, and large city governments with an accent on new business generation and managing the full sales cycle. Focus on understanding prospect needs, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve ARR growth.

Location: Remote. Must be based in the United States. The company considers candidates with existing US visas but does not sponsor new visa applications.

Salary: $106,250–$125,000 (for Illinois-based roles).

What you will do

  • Prospect and self-generate opportunities within defined regional territories across the US federal, state, and large city governments.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from qualification to close, winning new business.
  • Understand eDiscovery market trends, competitor strategies, and prospect needs.
  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies for each prospect.
  • Collaborate with sales engineers, customer success, finance, marketing, and client services teams.
  • Meet or exceed new business pipeline and ARR growth expectations for regional territories.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of sales experience, with SaaS experience required.
  • Experience with managing the full lifecycle of selling, from prospecting to close.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including presentations.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Must have existing US work authorization; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

  • 10+ years of sales experience with a focus in legal technology.
  • 5+ years selling to the federal government and/or to state/large municipalities.
  • Experience with E-Discovery/legal software and Challenger Sales methodology.
  • Experience with sales tools including ZoomInfo, Groove, Gong, Outlook, and Salesforce.
