Associate Product Marketing Manager (B2B SaaS): Supporting the execution of go-to-market programs for commercial and midmarket sales teams with an accent on translating product positioning into compelling narratives and creating practical sales enablement materials. Focus on adapting core messaging, contributing to sales assets, and assisting with coordinated GTM initiatives in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.

Location: New York, New York, United States. This role will need to be conducted in a state in which hirify.global is currently registered to do business.

Salary: $102,000–$138,000

What you will do

  • Support the development of positioning and messaging for midmarket audiences, adapting core product narratives.
  • Help maintain core messaging frameworks and pitch materials for midmarket customer conversations.
  • Contribute to the creation and upkeep of sales and marketing assets (slide decks, one-pagers, talk tracks, written content).
  • Adapt and refine existing materials for midmarket customers and prospects.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to support coordinated go-to-market initiatives.
  • Assist with sales enablement activities, including preparing and presenting positioning materials.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in product marketing, demand generation, sales enablement, or a related role within B2B SaaS or technology.
  • Familiarity with commercial or midmarket sales environments and understanding of how marketing supports sales conversations.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
  • Comfort collaborating with cross-functional partners, including Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • An analytical and curious mindset, with interest in understanding customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
