What you will do
- Lead and own hirify.global’s mid- to upper-funnel digital marketing strategy in North America across various paid channels (Display, Video, Audio, Social).
- Localize and translate global media approaches for the North American market, building regional partnerships with publishers and data providers.
- Collaborate with the Paid Search team to define local strategies for North America, shaping messaging and landing page experience.
- Act as a strategic partner to the Director of Field Marketing for North America, ensuring tight alignment between marketing and sales.
- Take ownership of established channels like LinkedIn Ads and pilot/scale new awareness channels (e.g., Programmatic Display, Reddit, Audio).
- Collaborate with global Paid Media, Brand, and Creative teams to connect upper-funnel storytelling with performance impact.
- Lead data-driven optimization, monitor campaign performance, extract insights, and continuously optimize metrics through the funnel.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 2 years directly driving demand and revenue growth in B2B SaaS.
- Proven understanding of the North American media landscape, including key publishers, paid social platforms, DSPs, and data partnerships.
- Intimate understanding of US firmographics; how to adjust messaging and value proposition to appeal to key buyer roles and meet cultural expectations.
- Experience designing and executing full-funnel B2B strategies that connect brand awareness to demand generation.
- Clear competence in attribution, lead quality, and incrementality frameworks in B2B buying cycles.
- Direct experience of Paid Search strategy and execution (Google, Bing).
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, and Looker.
