What you will do

• Partner with diverse stakeholders (Product, Sales, Finance, People, Legal, M&A) to drive company-wide operational initiatives and strategic transformations.
• Structure ambiguous business problems, conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, and leverage SQL to build operational dashboards.
• Identify information silos and friction points to build lean processes and feedback loops for organizational alignment during rapid scaling or new program rollouts.
• Provide clear performance tracking and visibility, synthesizing complex information into action-oriented recommendations for senior leadership.

Requirements

• Graduate in Spring 2027 from a top-tier MBA program.
• 3-5 years of previous professional experience in business operations, management consulting, strategy, or investment banking.
• Strong, proficient SQL skills and comfort navigating technical concepts and data sets.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, able to build rapport across technical and business teams.
• Hands-on problem solver who builds solutions to close gaps in business plans, no matter how small the task.
