What you will do

• Lead high-priority GTM initiatives including product launches, sales plays, and customer programs.
• Build execution plans, manage risks, and drive cross-functional alignment from strategy through delivery.
• Develop data-driven recommendations to improve pipeline, conversion, and productivity.
• Establish operating cadences, executive reporting, and standardized program communications.
• Partner across Sales, Product, Marketing, Enablement, Operations, Finance, and Communications to align stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in GTM strategy, operations, program management, consulting, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate through ambiguity and drive outcomes with high ownership.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-growth SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology companies.
• Background building operating models, launch processes, or executive reporting systems.
• Familiarity with enterprise GTM motions, customer launches, or product-led growth.
• Experience in consulting, chief-of-staff, or business operations.
