What you will do

• Define strategy for expert data collection and streamline processes across upstream and downstream dependencies.
• Research industry trends, identify process gaps, and communicate improvement visions to directors.
• Influence engineering teams to build solutions for expert data collection and manage cross-functional development.
• Interact with experts, product management, stakeholders, and leadership to deliver complex projects.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make trade-offs, and balance business versus technical needs.
• Dive deep into data, science, technology, and processes to root cause issues and design solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 7+ years working directly with engineering teams
• 3+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of technical program management with software engineering teams
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
• Strong technical background, detail-oriented, excellent problem-solving, and communication skills for senior leadership.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of project management including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path.
• Experience defining KPIs/SLAs for multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
