Location: San Francisco, California (hybrid work required: in-office Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays)

Salary: $190,000–$220,000 per year

What you will do

• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and cross-functional teams to report 3-statement forecasts and drive monthly/quarterly management reporting.
• Contribute to improving forecast accuracy for Balance Sheet (BS) and Free Cash Flow (FCF).
• Oversee equity burn rate and shareholder pool tracking to align with long-term capital strategy.
• Support monthly close and forecast processes, analyzing results and communicating risks/opportunities.
• Develop recurring processes for collecting capital expenditures, tax, and other inputs.
• Partner with Consolidations and Business teams to develop long-range plans and evolve forecasting.

Requirements

• 6+ years experience in investment banking, private equity, and/or corporate finance.
• Experience building a 3-statement operating model.
• Excellent financial modeling skills with an analytical mindset.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Curiosity and willingness to adopt AI tools.
• Ability to work from the San Francisco office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

Nice to have

• Prior experience managing Free Cash Flow (direct and indirect method).
• Experience with a high-growth SaaS company.
• Experience with Netsuite, Workday, Zip, and planning tools.
