Senior Finance Manager, FP&A (SaaS)

Location: San Francisco, CA, United States; minimum two days per week in the office required

Base annual salary: $175,000–$210,000, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of the operating model, annual plan, and long-range financial plan.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting, Board materials, and investor-facing financial packages.
• Partner with VP and C-level leaders, providing financial insights, risk identification, and independent analytical judgment.
• Lead complex cross-functional analysis, including M&A support, fundraising preparation, scenario planning, and strategic initiative evaluation.
• Build scalable FP&A processes, AI-powered workflows, and automation to improve the speed and quality of financial insights.
• Establish standards for financial modeling, data quality, and communication across the FP&A function.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, investment banking, or consulting.
• Deep expertise in financial modeling, including building complex multi-driver models and pressure-testing assumptions.
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, NDR, GDR, CAC, LTV, and cohort analysis.
• Experience communicating financial analysis to C-suite and Board audiences.
• Experience partnering directly with VP and C-level leaders and owning ambiguous workstreams end to end.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA and able to work in the office at least two days per week.

• Experience using AI tools such as Claude or Gemini to automate workflows and accelerate analysis.
