What you will do

• Lead the design and continuous improvement of the operating model, annual plan, and long-range financial plan.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting, Board materials, and investor-facing financial packages.
• Serve as a strategic financial partner to VP and C-level leaders, providing independent analytical judgment on consequential decisions.
• Execute high-impact ad hoc analysis for M&A support, fundraising preparation, and scenario planning.
• Architect scalable FP&A processes and build AI-powered workflows to reduce manual effort and improve insight speed.
• Establish best practices for financial modeling, data quality, and insight communication across the function.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, or Consulting at a high-growth tech company.
• Deep financial modeling expertise with the ability to architect complex, multi-driver models from scratch.
• Fluency in SaaS business models and metrics (ARR, NDR, GDR, CAC, LTV, cohort analysis).
• Proven ability to distill nuanced financial analysis into actionable narratives for C-suite and Board audiences.
• Experience working directly with executive leadership as a trusted strategic business partner.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA.
