What you will do

• Lead the corporate planning cadence including monthly/quarterly forecasts, AOP, and long-range planning scenarios.
• Build and own an integrated three-statement operating model anchored in NetSuite and GAAP actuals.
• Manage company-level SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, Rule of 40, CAC) and develop executive dashboards.
• Partner with functional leaders to translate financial performance insights into concrete operating actions and resource allocation.
• Support investor relations, board materials, data-room preparation for fundraising, and IPO readiness.
• Leverage AI-enabled workflows to automate manual reporting and improve forecast accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 7-10 years of progressive finance experience, including 2+ years in investment banking or growth equity.
• Significant corporate finance experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise software company.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, NetSuite, and solid knowledge of GAAP.
• Hands-on proficiency in AI-enabled workflows, SQL/BI tools, and reporting automation.
• Experience with board/investor reporting and capital allocation or liquidity events.
