What you will do

• Provide engagement research support to clients and the team.
• Research the investment banking market and develop target lists.
• Identify potential candidates using online and proprietary tools.
• Capture and maintain accurate market, client, and candidate information.
• Oversee preparation and updating of market mappings and research platforms.
• Support business development activities with deck preparation and candidate identification.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree from a well-regarded institution is required.
• Genuinely interested in learning about people, business, and industry characteristics/needs, specifically Investment Banking & Markets.
• Advanced Excel expertise, including PivotTables, advanced data analysis, and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with databases such as Bloomberg, Factiva, Lexis-Nexis is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, unstructured environment, managing multiple assignments simultaneously.
