Location: Hybrid role based in San Juan or Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. Requires 2-3 days onsite weekly at a client location. If based in San Juan, monthly day trips to Aguadilla are required.

What you will do

• Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies for IT and corporate positions.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring timely, professional, and responsive interactions.
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment processes.
• Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous improvement strategies.
• Effectively communicate position opportunities and client value propositions to candidates.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in IT and corporate positions.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule in San Juan or Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, including travel to Aguadilla 1-2 times monthly from San Juan.
• 3+ years of client-facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers and conducting competency/behavioral-based interviews.
• 3+ years of experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and developing sourcing methodologies (market mapping, Boolean searches).
• High School Diploma.
