Junior Recruiter

TL;DR

Junior Recruiter: Joining an RPO team to support a multinational Pharma client, responsible for candidate pipeline, sourcing channel optimization, and talent pool development with an accent on strategic sourcing frameworks and candidate relationship management. Focus on expanding talent networks and acting as a subject matter expert in applicant tracking systems and recruitment processes.

What you will do

• Work closely with Recruiters to align sourcing activities to workforce plans and recruitment needs.
• Identify relevant channels and strategies to source candidates matching client requirements.
• Measure and monitor the effectiveness of strategic sourcing frameworks.
• Manage effective candidate relationship strategies to build strong passive talent pools.
• Lead ongoing candidate pipeline development and talent network expansion for active requisitions.
• Support on interview scheduling with the client’s hiring managers.

Requirements

• Demonstrated interest and ability to work in a fast-paced service environment.
• Experience and ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize different needs.
• Minimum C1 command of the English and German languages.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in RPO environments.
