What you will do
- Deliver job architecture and career framework workstreams within broader transformation programmes.
- Conduct job analysis and work measurement activities.
- Design job families, levels, and career pathways aligned to organisational strategy.
- Work directly with client stakeholders to gather insight and validate design outputs.
- Facilitate structured working sessions and workshops focused on work and career architecture.
- Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to inform architecture and career design.
Requirements
- Experience in job architecture, job families, or career frameworks delivery.
- Background in consulting, reward, HR transformation, or internal W&CA roles.
- Exposure to job evaluation and work measurement methodologies.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
