What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of 8 Middle Market Credit Union Account Executives.
• Drive prospecting, new business closure, and expansion of existing client relationships.
• Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to ensure team success.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Analyze sales metrics and pipeline data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize the sales process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role.
• Experience leading and coaching inside sales teams in Financial Services, Fintech, or SaaS.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales strategy and achieve team quotas.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and people development skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using sales analytics and CRM tools.
