Salary: $160,000–$220,000 USD (Total OTE Range)

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives to exceed sales goals through coaching, motivation, and skill development.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance sales culture with recognition programs and accountability-driven incentives.
  • Set clear performance goals and metrics, tracking progress with data and one-on-one meetings, and providing actionable feedback.
  • Utilize sales data and KPIs to diagnose team performance, adjust strategies, and optimize daily productivity.
  • Troubleshoot issues, remove roadblocks for reps, and proactively resolve challenges impacting team and client productivity.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to align on strategy, best practices, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and provide constructive feedback.
  • A hands-on sales leader with 4-5 years of experience managing and developing Account Executives and Business Development Representatives.
  • Proven ability to coach junior sales talent to exceed targets while holding team members accountable.
  • A data-centric mindset with the ability to analyze and use sales data to drive performance.
  • High energy, resilient, and adaptable to changing business needs.
  • English: B2 required.
