Account Executive 4 (Financial Services): Leading prospecting, solution selling, and closing new business opportunities in the Financial Services vertical with an accent on expanding the messaging business with large mid-market and enterprise companies. Focus on highly analytical sales cycles, understanding complex business and technical requirements for communication APIs, and designing mutually beneficial contracts.

Salary: $122,400–$153,000

What you will do

  • Drive new customer acquisition and meet quota for incremental Account Contract Value (iACV).
  • Lead highly analytical and consultative sales cycles for hirify.global's messaging, voice, and email solutions.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand business/technical requirements and design solutions using hirify.global’s communications API platform.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Pricing, and Operations to design mutually beneficial contracts.
  • Present complex contractual, technical, and financial details to prospects, building confidence in proposed solutions.
  • Generate and maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast utilizing Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Possess a total of **5 years of full cycle sales experience**, with a minimum of 1 year managing or leading quantitative highly analytical products or solutions.
  • Directly selling technical SaaS or CPaaS.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting into install base, greenfield prospecting into new accounts, and executing strong QBR strategy.
  • Technical solutions selling experience, working with customers, listening to them, and solving problems.
  • Comfortable working with business and highly technical leaders, while influencing their understanding.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing business forecasts and financial models.
  • **Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)**.

Nice to have

  • Deep experience working with telecom companies, including CPAAS, SMS aggregators, or carriers.
  • Domain expertise from a highly quantitative industry such as DevOps, Fintech, advertising optimization, or investment banking.
  • Software, SaaS, CPaas or PaaS selling experience.
