Location: Remote (USA West)

Salary: $150,000–$170,000 USD Base + 50/50 commission, OTE $310,000–$330,000 USD

What you will do

  • Drive account expansion within hirify.global's existing customer base.
  • Maintain executive sponsorship and understand unique customer business needs.
  • Develop comprehensive account plans and strategies.
  • Foster strong relationships and collaborate with Customer Value Managers (CVMs) and other customer-facing teams.
  • Identify, pitch, and close cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Contribute to hirify.global's overall growth trajectory and market leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in driving account expansion within an existing customer base.
  • Ability to maintain executive sponsorship with clients.
  • Strong understanding of unique customer business needs and evolving requirements.
  • Expertise in developing comprehensive account plans and strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, pitch, and close cross-sell opportunities.
  • Work location: USA West.
