Sr Sales Manager (Marketing Technology SaaS): Leading a team of Account Executives to translate the go-to-market strategy into consistent team execution with an accent on coaching reps, inspecting deals, and driving forecast accuracy. Focus on creating structure that allows strong performance to repeat quarter after quarter, pipeline health, and improving outbound effectiveness over time.

Location: Americas Remote

Salary: $145,000 base + $145,000 variable = $290,000 OTE (or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment.

What you will do

  • Coach and develop Account Executives to consistently meet or exceed quota.
  • Drive pipeline health and forecast accuracy.
  • Coach reps to run thoughtful, well-qualified mid-market opportunities from discovery through close.
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops, Marketing, and Solutions Architects to unblock deals and improve execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years selling SaaS, including 2–3 years in sales management or team lead role, preferably within the Marketing Technology SaaS industry.
  • Demonstrated success leading mid-market or high-velocity sales teams.
  • Strong pipeline inspection and forecasting discipline.
  • Experience coaching outbound pipeline generation in evolving sales motions.
  • Familiarity operating within a structured qualification framework such as MEDDICC.
