What you will do

• Collaborate with project leads and directors to shape complex design systems supporting project engagement and vision.
• Design, document, prototype, and iterate on systems with a cross-disciplinary team, overseeing successful implementation.
• Create scripting, data, and content required by these systems, leveraging the engine and other tools.
• Solicit and integrate feedback to continually deliver a fun and fresh player experience.
• Expand and iterate on live systems to ensure the game remains exciting and engaging to players.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience shipping titles as a Systems Designer, working on progression, economy, gameplay systems, and gameplay balance features.
• Experience working on live-service multiplayer environments.
• Ability to get hands-on creating content and systems in Unreal Engine.
• Demonstrated talent for empathizing with players and understanding player motivations.
• Strong interest in game progression and economies, and understanding what makes them work.
• Ability to take initiative, react quickly to changing project needs, drive decisions, and own the outcome.
