What you will do

• Design core game mechanics, including base gameplay, bonus systems, jackpots, and meta-game features.
• Develop full mathematical models for games, including RTP, volatility, hit frequency, and payout structures.
• Create and maintain PAR sheets, combination sheets, and regulatory documentation for certification.
• Build and run simulation models to validate game behavior and ensure mathematical accuracy.
• Prototype game mechanics using scripting languages to test early-stage concepts.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and creative teams to translate concepts into structured design documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in slot game mathematics or casino game design.
• Deep expertise in RTP modeling, probability theory, volatility, and combinatorics.
• Proficiency in simulation and scripting tools such as Python, C++, C#, or JavaScript.
• Advanced Excel skills for complex modeling and data analysis.
• Must be based in the United States.
