What you will do

• Line-manage and lead a team of 5-10 software engineers, focusing on their technical growth and career development.
• Own and execute delivery outcomes for assigned product areas, aligning with product roadmaps and architectural principles.
• Provide technical direction and oversight to ensure software meets standards for reliability, performance, security, and observability.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Product Management, DevOps, Operations, Support, Security, and Legal.
• Act as a technical and operational escalation point, ensuring adherence to engineering standards and company policies.

Requirements

• Higher education, preferably in Information Technology or a related field.
• **5–8 years of experience** in software engineering or IT, with proven experience managing engineers with direct reports.
• Strong background as a software engineer or technical lead, with experience in **.NET and Angular technology stacks**.
• Ability to balance people leadership, delivery accountability, and technical oversight.
• Experience delivering and operating business-critical systems.
