Location: Position is remote, with a strong preference for candidates in major California metropolitan areas.

Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 Annually + Sales Commission + Benefits + Equity (if applicable) + Bonus (if applicable)

What you will do

  • Deliver meaningful revenue and build a 4x pipeline to support an annual quota.
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to close contracts.
  • Diagnose workflow challenges and opportunities across existing and adjacent departments and with enterprise leadership.
  • Craft solutions to strategic, operational, and tactical needs that drive horizontal growth.
  • Identify new personas, workflows, and problem areas where hirify.global can deliver outsized value.
  • Represent hirify.global with clarity, credibility, and strategic insight to senior government leaders.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of field sales experience in the enterprise software/SaaS space, with experience in data integration, analytics, and business intelligence in emergency management / public safety strongly preferred.
  • A track record of success in selling SaaS subscriptions into net new complex accounts, demonstrated by overachievement of quota and strong customer references.
  • Ability and comfort in negotiating and closing legal agreements with customers and supporting new customers through onboarding processes.
  • Familiarity with solution-based selling and experience managing a complex sales process.
  • Excellent presentation, listening, organization, and contact management skills.
  • Excellent executive-level verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
