What you will do

  • Design and execute quarterly and annual sales plans.
  • Support the sales team in prospect meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Conduct weekly forecast reviews and quarterly progress sessions.
  • Manage team productivity, opportunities, and quality to meet established goals.
  • Drive ongoing process improvements and system implementations for efficiency.
  • Hire, mentor, and develop Account Executives, coaching them on sales acumen and deal execution.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience managing a team of Account Executives in an enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Prior experience as an Account Executive or similar role.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Force Management.
  • Excellent communication skills for managing expectations in a 100% remote office environment.
  • Proven ability to build, grow, and lead a sales team, including early-stage talent.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, remote environments, showing empathy and proactive communication.

Nice to have

  • Experience in governance/risk/compliance technology, legaltech, or cybersecurity sales.
