What you will do
- Design and execute quarterly and annual sales plans.
- Support the sales team in prospect meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Conduct weekly forecast reviews and quarterly progress sessions.
- Manage team productivity, opportunities, and quality to meet established goals.
- Drive ongoing process improvements and system implementations for efficiency.
- Hire, mentor, and develop Account Executives, coaching them on sales acumen and deal execution.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience managing a team of Account Executives in an enterprise SaaS environment.
- Prior experience as an Account Executive or similar role.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Force Management.
- Excellent communication skills for managing expectations in a 100% remote office environment.
- Proven ability to build, grow, and lead a sales team, including early-stage talent.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, remote environments, showing empathy and proactive communication.
Nice to have
- Experience in governance/risk/compliance technology, legaltech, or cybersecurity sales.
