- Create and execute a clear regional growth and investment plan.
- Build and sponsor trusted relationships with customers and partners.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and drive a predictable, high-growth business.
- Coach your team on vision setting and methodology-based selling, aligned with customer outcomes.
- Develop a deep understanding of the product's technical details and roadmap.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading high-performing Enterprise sales teams in strategic accounts within Germany.
- Proven track record of developing teams in high-growth Data, AI, Cloud, or SaaS/Tech companies, consistently exceeding sales goals.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and develop top talent.
- Understanding of usage-based, commit-based, and service-based revenue models.
- Track record of building strong partner ecosystems.
- Strong focus on methodology-based sales coaching (e.g., MEDDPICC).
- Fluency in German and English is required.
- Willingness and ability to travel is required.
