Location: Candidates must be based in Germany (Munich or other locations within Germany are considered). Willingness to travel to customer sites and events is required.

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor an Enterprise Sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Leverage your network to build a strong talent pipeline and hire top candidates.
  • Create and execute a clear regional growth and investment plan.
  • Build and sponsor trusted relationships with customers and partners.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and drive a predictable, high-growth business.
  • Coach your team on vision setting and methodology-based selling, aligned with customer outcomes.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the product's technical details and roadmap.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading high-performing Enterprise sales teams in strategic accounts within Germany.
  • Proven track record of developing teams in high-growth Data, AI, Cloud, or SaaS/Tech companies, consistently exceeding sales goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and develop top talent.
  • Understanding of usage-based, commit-based, and service-based revenue models.
  • Track record of building strong partner ecosystems.
  • Strong focus on methodology-based sales coaching (e.g., MEDDPICC).
  • Fluency in German and English is required.
  • Willingness and ability to travel is required.
