TL;DR

Strategic Account Executive (Norcal): Driving demand for hirify.global' automation platform by building awareness and assisting strategic users and customers in the Northern California territory with an accent on deriving value from the platform. Focus on closing complex transactions and building a strong business plan through customer, partner/channel, and community ecosystems to achieve growth.

Location: Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area as this person will be required to attend in person meetings & events in that region regularly.

Salary: $330K + equity

What you will do

  • Build awareness and drive demand for hirify.global solutions.
  • Manage multiple customer opportunities through the sales cycle and close complex transactions.
  • Work closely with channel/tech alliances in the Northern California territory.
  • Actively prospect to supplement the lead flow.
  • Partner with the Technical Sales Engineering team throughout the sales cycle.
  • Build a strong business plan through customer, partner/channel and community ecosystems.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of quota carrying SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven track record of sales success with Fortune 1000 customers in the Northern California region.
  • Experience selling a technical SaaS solution to technical stakeholders (CISO, CIO, CTO, etc.).
  • Ability to prospect for outbound leads and build customer demand.
  • Familiar working relationship with relevant regional IT channel partners/Tech Alliances for hirify.global in the Northern California region.
  • Coachability and curiosity: open to feedback, eager to learn and question the norm.
