What you will do

  • Analyze existing customers to uncover international growth potential and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Identify and target potential customers in the international payroll and HR sectors.
  • Qualify and manage leads through the pipeline, ensuring efficient nurturing and handover to sales for conversion.
  • Collaborate with the international sales team to develop strategies and take initiative for joint actions.
  • Assist in the preparation and follow-up of international sales events.
  • Use Salesforce to track leads, manage communications, and maintain a clean, up-to-date database.

Requirements

  • Languages: Fluent in English and Dutch
  • Minimum 2 years in sales development or lead generation, preferably in B2B, HR, payroll, or SaaS.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
  • Skilled in lead qualification, prospecting, and appointment setting.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative without waiting for direction.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
