What you will do

• Drive new business growth through qualifying warm inbound leads from marketing-generated sources.
• Create a great first impression for prospects and customers.
• Identify customer needs to determine if hirify.global solutions are a good fit.
• Manage multiple lead sources, including incoming calls, emails, chats, and referrals.
• Maintain the existing customer database using Salesforce, ensuring all communications are logged.
• Collaborate with the Sales Development Manager to develop strategies for sales pipeline growth and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.

Requirements

• Experience in hospitality, sales, or other customer-facing roles.
• Experience in technology (software, mobile, or other).
• Fluency in Dutch and English is a must.
