TL;DR

Location: London, United Kingdom. This role requires you to hold a full UK manual driving licence and attend customer sites day-to-day.

What you will do

  • Attend customer sites for installation, setup, and non-complex repairs of BT products/services.
  • Set up and change system settings, and optimize customer solutions.
  • Perform repair visits involving component swap-outs based on diagnostic testing.
  • Carry out simple cabling tasks like running extension sockets or block wiring.
  • Perform diagnostic services using available resources and collaborate with service desks.
  • Act as a second person under the guidance of a senior engineer.

Requirements

  • Brilliant customer service skills and experience with Business customers.
  • Great empathy and listening skills for customer conversations.
  • Previous experience in logical problem solving.
  • Interest in technical solutions, with previous engineering experience desirable.
  • Must hold a full UK manual driving licence.
