What you will do
- Attend customer sites for installation, setup, and non-complex repairs of BT products/services.
- Set up and change system settings, and optimize customer solutions.
- Perform repair visits involving component swap-outs based on diagnostic testing.
- Carry out simple cabling tasks like running extension sockets or block wiring.
- Perform diagnostic services using available resources and collaborate with service desks.
- Act as a second person under the guidance of a senior engineer.
Requirements
- Brilliant customer service skills and experience with Business customers.
- Great empathy and listening skills for customer conversations.
- Previous experience in logical problem solving.
- Interest in technical solutions, with previous engineering experience desirable.
- Must hold a full UK manual driving licence.
