TL;DR

Integrator: Managing cross-team dependencies and leading complex implementation events within Network Services Lab with an accent on strategic influence and impactful delivery. Focus on shaping integration activities, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, and driving service introduction processes for next-generation network capabilities.

Location: Hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at our Leeds or Manchester office.

Salary: £61,344 – £68,160

What you will do

  • Shape and sequence integration activities in partnership with Product Owners.
  • Manage cross-team dependencies to ensure seamless, coordinated delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the platform, Risk, and the wider Group.
  • Act as the key interface between third-party suppliers and internal teams.
  • Drive the Service Introduction process, unblocking issues and enabling change to land effectively.

Requirements

  • Strategic problem solver with the ability to influence, advise, and help shape future direction.
  • High-energy team player with resilience, organisation, and the ability to work at pace.
  • Curiosity to understand systems and processes, with a drive to continuously learn.
  • Solid experience in Agile methodology, including Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
  • Ability to simplify complexity and bring teams together through structured communication.
  • Customer-centric, solutions-oriented mindset—championing collaboration and inclusivity.
