TL;DR

Product Manager (AI): Driving product strategy for hirify.global's global operations, focusing on automating customer interactions and maximizing operational efficiency through AI. Focus on designing scalable AI-powered servicing journeys, leading cross-functional transformation, and building responsible, high-quality AI systems.

Location: Hybrid role based in London, with mandatory office attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

What you will do

Drive efficiency automation across Operations, supporting the automation of customer interactions.
Design scalable AI-powered servicing journeys to improve resolution rates and customer outcomes.
Lead cross-functional transformation projects involving Product, Engineering, Data, Risk, and Operations teams.
Build responsible, high-quality AI systems, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices.
Analyze customer journeys to identify high-impact automation opportunities.
Embed a culture of experimentation and data-driven iteration.

Requirements

3+ years of product management experience building products, platforms, or internal tools (5+ years for a Senior PM).
Experience automating workflows using AI tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Claude Code, scripts).
Strong analytical skills and comfortable with Excel/Sheets and ideally some SQL.
Proven track record of owning and delivering complex, cross-functional product initiatives.
Experience with scaling customer support or operational functions is preferred.
