What you will do

• Lead a high-performing product team to deliver solutions that impact customer experience.
• Define the vision, OKRs, and roadmap for personalization and AI initiatives aligned with business strategy.
• Own and evolve the personalization and AI product strategy from ideation to execution.
• Remove blockers and facilitate workshops to inspire your team.
• Partner with data, engineering, and commercial stakeholders to ensure scalable personalization capabilities.
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform decisions.

Requirements

• Demonstrable product management experience in digital or eCommerce environments.
• Experience liaising across multiple internal teams and external vendors.
• Ability to lead complex initiatives from concept to execution.
• Expert in product discovery and agile methodologies.
• Proven experience in building and scaling personalization or AI-driven products.
• Exceptional communication skills, skilled in driving asynchronous collaboration.
