TL;DR
Product Manager (Fintech, AI): Developing and launching new compliance monitoring services for investment managers with an accent on product strategy, client engagement, and backlog grooming. Location: Hybrid (London, UK). Must have permission to work in the UK without visa sponsorship. Required to spend 3 days per week in the London office for the first 6 months, then at least 2 days per week.

What you will do
- Contribute to the development of new AI capabilities in monitoring services.
- Act as Product Manager for Sanctions and Position Limits services.
- Explore and test new product opportunities with prospects and clients.
- Engage with customers and prospects to better understand business problems.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Groom the backlog to remain responsive to customer needs and deliver value.
- Contribute to the strategic direction on how hirify.global should expand its monitoring products.
- Promote new developments to the client Community to ensure adoption and responsiveness to industry trends.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in a product management role or client-facing/operational role in a dynamic, SaaS business or investment management firm.
- Knowledge of delivery best practices with Product teams.
- Interest in and working understanding of investment products such as equities and derivatives.
- Strong communication skills with different stakeholders across a business.
- Comfortable working in growing, fast-paced, agile environments.
- Ability to think in terms of the big picture, but deliver on the details.
- Keen interest in industry trends and readiness to evaluate and incorporate new opportunities.
- Work eligibility: Must have permission to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
