What you will do

• Shape the vision and strategic direction for the product line.
• Drive product strategy and roadmaps, identifying business opportunities and competitive landscapes.
• Uncover customer pain points and identify market opportunities through direct and indirect interaction.
• Develop robust business cases and seek approval for funding from senior leadership.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with vendors and internal stakeholders for product growth.
• Identify and explore opportunities to adopt Artificial Intelligence to drive better user outcomes.
• Manage all aspects of product capability throughout the product lifecycle, from definition to sunset.

Requirements

• At least 8-10 years of experience in product management, preferably in a related industry or field.
• Familiarity with top Pay product solution companies and their offerings.
• Strong experience in conducting market research, customer feedback, and data analysis.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in using agile methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
