Salary: $105,700.00 - $149,275.00

What you will do

• Contribute to the development and execution of platform roadmaps.
• Gather and translate business and technical requirements into clear user stories and technical specifications.
• Partner with engineering, ML, and data teams to plan, prioritize, and deliver platform capabilities.
• Manage product backlogs, support sprint planning, and release coordination.
• Analyze data and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field required.
• 5-7+ years of product management experience in technical or platform-focused roles.
• Experience working with engineering teams in an agile development environment.
• Demonstrated systems acumen, including ability to review code, data contracts and system trade-offs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-informed mindset.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, decisioning systems, or data platforms preferred.
